Following a consultation I had my date for surgery booked in and I have just been informed it has been cancelled because Mr Goodwin has booked a holiday. I run my own business, which is small and run single-handedly and earns just enough for me to live on, and have organised my next few months based on the belief I would be out of action and unable to see customers. I have turned away countless customers at my busiest time of the year. I guess that says all anyone needs to know about how important his patients are to him. I hope he has a lovely holiday.

Apologies you felt strongly enough to leave a review. we did change the date with two months or more notice. We offered alternative dates but sadly covid has meant a lot of plans have changed for many reasons. Best of luck with your surgery.
