Believe the Hype. Outstanding Result

So six months out and I am still so glad I did this. No visible scars, all he swelling gone down, and I look 15 years younger. Particularly thrilled by the lip lift and my brows. It’s a very classy job. My hairdresser who sees a lot of work in our v rich town thinks it’s the best fl she has ever seen.

Very happy with the outcome. Swelling way down and I keep feeling pleased when I look in the mirror or on zoom instead of depressed which is how I felt before. I’ve had many unsolicited compliments and literally nobody has asked if I’ve done something. Only my husband knows, my teen kids didn’t notice except my daughter keeps saying how pretty I am.

I had a facelift, temporal brow lift, lower bleph, and a lip lift 5 days ago and I can see already how amazing this is going to look despite the bruises and swelling. Ever since I saw my face on Zoom at the start of the pandemic I knew that fillers and Botox were no longer working for my 50 year old face. I could barely stand to look at myself and it was then that I started seriously considering surgery. My mom had a facelift at about my age and I remember how happy and pretty she was afterwards so I was predisposed towards the idea though I'd been hoping to put it off for a few more years. However, with the pandemic upon us and potentially months of being stuck teaching via zoom and staring at my saggy face I decided to act. I am not sure how I stumbled upon Dr. Jacono but I'm so glad I did. His before and after photos were so much better than anyone else's and then I started to contact former patients of his to see if they were as happy as the reviews seem to say. I did an online consult (I live on the other side of the country), and he seemed to understand absolutely all my concerns and was very good at answering my questions - I'm very detail-oriented so I had a list of at least 40 things to ask on that video call. I had a few back and forths with the office over quotes for the procedures and I booked surgery for August when I judged I might be able to travel and take some time off and that NY would have eased enough restrictions for him to be able to perform surgery again.
I'm 5 days out of surgery and even though I'm plenty bruised and swollen, I can suddenly see my heart shaped face back again, my neck is smooth, my brows back where they used to be and the finishing touch is the lip lift. My mouth looks like its gorgeous 25 year old pouty self again instead of puckering in at the sides like an old lady. I could not be more delighted. This is going to get better and better and it's already great. I'm so glad I took the leap and reset the clock. Here's to more years of pretty! Thank you Dr. Jacono!
