Choosing to have a face and neck lift is a big decision, and finding the right surgeon made all the difference. From my very first consultation with Dr. Frojo, I knew I was in the best hands.
What struck me immediately was how reassuring and warm the entire experience felt. Dr. Frojo is extremely down to earth. There was no pressure, no rush - just a genuine, thoughtful conversation about my goals and what was realistic. Every step of the process was explained clearly and thoroughly, from exactly what the procedure would involve to what recovery would look like. I never felt confused or left in the dark, and every question I had, was answered with patience and care.
