Dr Nelson is a top notch plastic surgeon. She was so kind and caring with me. I had a date schedule for a facelift and a family member passed away. I was going to go forward with the original date since I did not want her to loose money for booking the surgery center. She called me and would not let me go forward. She wanted me to be able to grieve. I rebooked and a few months later she did a full face lift for me. It turned out fabulous!! Not one of my friends or family ever said that I looked like I had a facelift. They just said that I look great. The best part was there was absolutely not one bit of pain. Sarah was amazing with all of my follow up. I can not say enough about Dr Nelson. She is a GEM.
