Dr. Nelson is a master of her craft. I could not be happier that I chose her and her incredible team to perform the mastopexy I have wanted for over twenty years. There Are Plastic Surgeons, & There Are Artists!
There are plastic surgeons and there are artists, Dr Nelson is without a doubt an artist! I cannot recommend Dr Nelson and her staff enough, they are much more than Northwest Cosmetic Surgery! I knew what to expect because Sarah & Dr Nelson did a great job preparing me for such a big surgery, so thorough and supportive, and I couldn’t be happier with my results!

Brilliant. Meticulous. Caring. If I had to describe Dr. Nelson in three words, these are the ones I would use. I sought treatment with Dr. Nelson for the removal of my 18-year-old breast implants, and I could not be happier with my outcome. Dr Nelson is Phenomenal
I have had various breast implants for 20+ years. After a saline implant ruptured I had my implants replaced with silicone. Fast forward 10 years and a move to Bend Oregon. I now had one of my silicone implants rupture which showed up on an MRI. As a tennis player, I have always wanted my athletic pre-implant body back. Dr. Amanda Nelson of Bend Oregon gave me back my beautiful perky right-sized breasts for my frame, doing an explant with lift…She is an absolutely phenomenal

Dr. Nelson, Sara, and the entire staff were exceptional—so caring and genuine throughout the whole process. I initially came in for an implant replacement, but Dr. Nelson recommend an explant for several reasons. I was shocked but grateful that she didn’t just do the replacement because that’s what I wanted. I’m so glad I followed her advice, and the results have been better than I ever expected. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson.

Dr Amanda Nelson was compassionate and caring from the moment i walked in for my initial consultation. She really listens and explains things honestly and sensitively. Her hands are like Michelangelo.. creating beauty and making one feel good about their body again. Dr. Nelson is an excellent and compassionate doctor. I highly recommend her for your cosmetic needs. May of 2024 at 70 years old, Dr. Nelson gave me a breast reduction and lift. She is detailed and thorough every step of the way. Her office staff and her medical assistant, Sarah were very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. All my questions were answered during appts. And my follow-up questions. Dr. Nelson’s surgical work was perfect and the surgery center was excellent and accommodating
