I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cross and everyone at Cross Medical Group. From my very first consultation through my surgery and recovery, I have felt incredibly cared for. I went into this experience hoping to feel confident about my decision to have a deep plane facelift and neck lift with fat grafting, but what I didn’t expect was just how personal the entire experience would feel.

From the moment I walk into the office, I am greeted by the warmest and most welcoming front desk staff. They remember me every time I come in, and that familiarity makes such a difference. You never feel like just another patient. That feeling of being genuinely known and cared for continues throughout the practice, especially with Dr. Cross’ surgical nurses, “The Hannas,” and Sierra. They were incredible from the very beginning.
