By the one-month mark, most of the obvious swelling and bruising had resolved. The yellow bruising that was still visible during the first week had completely disappeared, and I felt comfortable being out and about without needing sunglasses or a hat.
The forehead area still felt slightly tight at times, and there were some numb patches on my scalp, which I had been told to expect. I could also feel the Endotine implants if I pressed on certain areas of my forehead, and there were a few small bumps near the incision sites. While these initially concerned me, they gradually became less noticeable over time.
The under-eye area looked significantly better compared to the first few weeks. There was still some residual puffiness, particularly in the mornings, but overall I looked much more refreshed and rested. At this stage, I started to appreciate the changes, although I knew everything was still settling.
One thing I learned is that recovery is not completely linear. Some days I felt more swollen than others, especially after poor sleep or salty meals. This was normal and improved over time.
