Facelift Did Not Last
The results were good initially. But, the facelift fell within months. After waiting almost two years (consult+appointment wait) I am left with scars in front of the ears and zero results.
I guess this doctor is known mostly for his liplifts, but I would not recommend this doctor for a facelift. My cheeks dropped, jowls returned, and neck loosened within months.
A lot of money wasted, time wasted, and now a secondary surgery needed.

Facelift Fell Within a the First 2 Months
Dr Mascaro is a really likable person, but unfortunately his work does not hold up. My facelift fell very quickly in the recovery process. Initially I was ecstatic and very happy, but the neck and jawline portion of the facelift fell with 2 months.
A lot of money wasted and a lot of time wasted. He has a long wait list due to his reputation with lip lift. And, after all this time and money, the facelift did not even last. Now, I only have ear visible scars, a surgery record, and zero positive results. This has been very devastating and an exhausting process for me.
I do not recommend this doctor at all.
