People Notice I Look Good but Don’t Know Why
I had both a facelift/brow lift and rhinoplasty by Dr. Griffin six weeks apart(I wrote in the wrong surgery date for the rhinoplasty reviewed under separate cover). For me, the prospect of getting a facelift was exciting and it was scarey. Scarey in large part because as diligent as I tried to be, there were so many unknowns. How does a person really know how good a surgeon is? Is everything going to be alright?
I am very happy with my choice. I saw a review for Dr Griffin that mentions how little or invisible the scars around her ears are and credits great stitching. I also have little to zero visible scarring around the front of my ears - people don’t notice them. At all. But I thought there has to be a limit on how great stitching can be, so I zoomed around the internet for a while. What I think is going on is that Dr Griffin uses specialized advanced techniques (sorry, I lost the website that talks about this in detail) that give this exceptional result. I know that not every surgeon does - I’ve compared my ears to patient photos by some really big names — mine are the same or better in EVERY single case. So I believe I was lucky enough to pick a surgeon that uses best in class techniques, even though I gather it takes more time in the OR.
I focused on the ears to represent the work in this review, please know the lifts in general are great. I look natural, I look good. I don’t know what else to say. I’m really impressed and grateful.
I did fat grafting at the same time, at the time of surgery I almost decided not to, read too many horror stories. But I think all will be fine there, too. If anyone can do it well, Dr. Griffin can.
