Fantastic Plastic Surgery Experience with Multiple Procedures

For background and context, I am a westerner who lives in Asia and chose Seoul for my plastic surgery needs because a) it’s close to me and b) it’s foreigner friendly. It would have been nice to have surgery within driving distance from my house, but the very few clinics that offered English where I live were just not to the standard I was looking for.

I recently lost a not significant amount of weight and was left with loose skin around my abdomen, deflated and saggy breasts, and a great deal of loose skin on my face and neck. Here are the procedures that I got done:

Procedures: Tummy Tuck; Liposuction to abs and love handles; Monsplasty

Procedures: Deep Plane Facelift with neck lift;
Platysplasmy; Upper blepharoplasty with ptosis correction; Lower blepharoplasty with mid face lifting; Endotine forehead lifting; Buccal fat pad removal

I went to Seoul for one month and got all procedures done in two separate surgeries two weeks apart. Dr. Lee Seung Jae basically acted as my primary Dr and coordinated with the other Dr’s with regard to my procedures and recovery and checked up on me through the entire month long process. I love this Dr. He treated me so well and showed great concern for my health and well-being. I honestly felt special working with him! I would 10000/10 come back to him for any additional body work I might to get done (I’m considering a thigh lift in the future!).

About my breasts, after weight loss I was left with very saggy, very deflated breasts but have zero desire for implants. I was particularly nervous about this because there just didn’t seem to be much left to work with and even though I scoured the internet, I could not find any before and after of anyone who lost significant breast volume and got a lift after weight loss without also getting implants! I explained to Dr. Choi that I would please like to keep as much breast tissue as possible with my lift and he agreed to do that for me. I am BEYOND THRILLED with the job he did!!!

Face procedures. I cannot express how I feel about Dr Lee Yeon Ji. She is just so sweet and kind and from everything I can tell so far, she is not only a skilled surgeon, she is an artist. As I heal from my procedures, I’m just becoming more pleased with her handy work! I’m looking forward to seeing how the very, very fine and well hidden incisions heal and camouflage! I chose her based on several before and after pictures of other patients and really went into surgery with her having so much confidence that this woman was about to give me my second chapter in life.

Last, but not least, the consultants! I worked with an English speaking consultant named Lily and she was just beyond kind, patient, and knowledgeable. If you are considering Nana, I highly recommend asking to work with her by name. She’s the best. I first contacted her back in 2024 and she worked and communicated with me throughout the entire 9 month process from me reaching out to finally getting my procedures done. Throughout that entire time I reached out with various questions and concerns and all of them were addressed. While in Seoul, I also got to work with Iris, who is so sweet and just a bunch of fun and really enjoyed her company. I also highly recommend her as a consultant!

Just a fantastic experience with Nana from beginning to end. Cannot recommend this hospital and its staff enough.

The incisions in front of my ears are already nearly invisible and the incisions behind my ears are close to not being noticeable either! These scars will only continue to improve over the next several months! Dr. Lee Yeon Ji is an extremely skilled and precise surgeon with a delicate touch!
