BEST Facial Surgeon EVER - I Love my Transformation!

Words can't express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Hakan and his team - his skills, warmth and talent are beyond compare. I completed what can only be described as a gamut of procedures with him from 2023 and then a second round in 2025. The only facial surgeries I'd had prior were a primary rhinoplasty in 2022, and submental liposuction in early 2023 that left me with awkward fibrotic scar tissue...I had struggled with an ED in my teenage years, and then a decade later gained weight for a BBL, which left me with awkward facial fat distribution and more laxity than I was comfortable with.

Additionally, I'd always also loved the sexy foxy eye aesthetic that Istanbul is known for, and wanted to achieve this but was hesitant as so many other doctors seemed to provide results that would fade after a year. I was fortunate enough to come upon Dr. Hakan via another satisfied patient's IG Reel, and the rest is history!

In 2023, we completed an upper/mid-face lift, endoscopic brow lift, canthopexy with upper/lower bleph to anchor the results, upper lip lift, neck lift, and chin implant placed via external incision, along with full fat grafting to the face. This might sound like a ton of procedures but Dr. Hakan evaluates each patient not only as just a surgery but a full case - he only takes one patient a day and specializes in these full face transformations. I'm SO happy we did a combined lot of procedures as each one complements the other beautifully and consolidates the recovery time. Even though it was a long procedure, the clinic is clean, state of the art and I had no complications or issues with the long duration of anesthesia whatsoever, even though this had been a concern of mine going in. You won't find a more responsible or ethical group of practitioners than Dr. Hakan and his team.

I did experience excessive post-op swelling (I'm not comfortable posting it publicly but if you do meet him for a consult, ask him to see his "worst swelling case" and I'm SURE he'll show you my photos, ha!) especially around the eyes as my skin specifically is extremely sensitive and reactive, but we were able to manage it between his medicated drops and then with other anti-imflammatories once I arrived home. Despite a rough beginning, the result turned out beautiful and I have NO regrets - and now almost 3 years later, my eyes are still upturned and foxy, and I still get complements about them all the time.

For our second round, we addressed the remaining facial sculpting/re-contouring via a full lower face lift with incisions around/behind the ears, and a revision rhinoplasty to address an open roof deformity that resulted in a very minor poly beak after my initial rhinoplasty. This recovery was significantly easier and I feel like it just tied the whole thing together beautifully - I had never imagined that I would be a candidate for a full face lift under 35 BUT bear in mind, when it comes to re-sculpting facial fat deposits, there are limited ways to do that safely and the incisions from the face-lift gave Dr. Hakan access to "sculpt things" to perfection.

Now I'm one year out from our second run of procedures and I'm beyond thrilled. Everything has healed beautifully, settled beautifully, and I'm confident in my looks in I never imagined money could buy. I feel so fortunate that even though I did so many procedures, everything healed to absolute perfection and without complication.
