Fabulous 5 Star Experience

I predict Dr. Cagatay will be a top surgeon in Turkey, if not globally, in the very near future. He is young and gaining popularity with his perfect balance of confidence and kindness. He is professional with a dash of charm. I was doubting my ability to undergo surgery but Dr. Cagatay reassured me with his knowledge and gentle manner. He gave me the time I needed, never rushing me. I made my decision during our consultation and 2 weeks later I was in Istanbul in his office where he shared his thoughts with me of what I needed. I tried to persuade him to add another procedure. He explained that it would be too much. He was right. The work I had done was more than enough. He knew the exact amount of work I could handle at age 60! He smiled and said I could always return.
After my procedure my blood pressure went up. My heart was racing and it scared me. My wonderful anesthesiologist, Yagmur, came to my private room and sat with me chatting and discussing everything and anything. She really helped me and was a true friend, not looking at the clock or rushing off. Incredible kindness.
I had a check up on day 5. Again Dr. Cagatay greeted me warmly and talked me through my stages of recovery. I asked him how he would rate his work on me and he modestly smiled and gave himself 18/20. I gave him 20/20 ;) We switched between French and English because we are both fluent, which was fun. He asked me for a photo a month for his file and I asked him for his WhatsApp number jokingly, but he gave it to me. Later that evening I had a question which I text him and he replied!!! Wow, that’s service!! Everything was exceptional! I cannot recommend him enough!! He exceeded my expectations!
The support team was available almost 24/7. Sefa, my coordinator, communicated with me, scheduling, organizing, answering my many questions and just being an outstanding human being. We spoke on the phone and text almost daily. After my surgery he came to see me, even though it was his day off and he was moving apartments!!
The attending nurses were available 24/7 during my 2 night stay, and when I was transferred to my hotel the nurse Yagmur went over and beyond for me. Lots of information and reassurance.
The clinic/hospital was clean, bright and pleasant. Not all staff speak English but they all carried a big smile and kind eyes to help me through my cosmetic surgery.
