Dr. Alexander is a fine and very experienced triple board-certified Plastic Surgeon. His attention to detail and meticulous expertise was exemplary. He was always calm, very reassuring and my post op care was excellent. Alexus Surgery Center is fully accredited by the American Association of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities using board-certified anesthesiologists. This is often overlooked whether IV sedation or General are used. Being a retired OR,RN.Bsn these are very important considerations for surgery. In addition, Dr. Alexanders staff are top notch, the RN’s for my pre op and aftercare were exceptional in every way. My results are fabulous. I could not be happier with my Deep Plane Quick lift, neck, ears lobe revision plus added procedures. I’m getting so many compliments and look 10+ years younger.
