Exceptional Skill with Beautiful Results

I am 60 years old, and I had my surgery with Dr. Cakmak on July 2025. My procedures included a deep plane facelift with extended dissection, neck lift, partial removal of the submandibular glands, brow lift, lip lift, and fat transfers. Three weeks before surgery, I had all of my fillers dissolved under ultrasound guidance, as Dr. Cakmak recommended.
I intentionally waited until I was one year post-op to write this review because I wanted to give myself enough time to heal and see how my results developed. Facial surgery is truly a process, and my face continued to change significantly as the swelling went down and my tissues settled over the months.
Dr. Cakmak is a top tier facial plastic surgeon. From start to finish, my experience exceeded my expectations. He is kind, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. Dr. Cakmak took the time to answer every question I had with care and clarity. His attention to detail, both in his communication and during surgery, was exceptional.
The hospital was modern, clean and well-staffed. My surgery went smoothly. My recovery was just as Dr. Cakmak described. My post-op care was excellent.
My face changed so much throughout the first year. I watched the swelling gradually disappear, my features soften, and my final results emerge. Looking at my before and one-year post-op photos side by side, I am amazed by the difference.
My jawline and neck are significantly more defined, the heaviness around my jowls is gone, and my face looks refreshed without looking different. The fat transfer restored subtle, natural volume to my cheeks, and the lip lift gave my upper lip a more youthful appearance.
