The Entire Process, from Initial Consultation to Postoperative Care, Was a Very Positive Experience.

This was my second surgical face lift. The first one was performed 15 years ago. That surgeon had retired and I began seeing Dr. Jeffrey Joseph, as he was highly recommended as a skilled plastic surgeon/ENT with very impressive results Over the years I used Botox and fillers and I wanted to consider another surgical face lift. Dr. Joseph was incredible. He explained the entire procedure to me and answered my many questions. I am currently on day 5 postop and I am very pleased with the outcome. Dr. Joseph is a skilled surgeon and has incredible artistic ability. I had the procedure performed at a surgical outpatient center. The staff at the center was very professional and kind. I was made to feel like I was their only patient preop and postop. I spend my first postop night in a "hotel" style room with a private RN located on the same floor as the outpatient surgery center. Any and every need was addressed. I have been seen by Dr. Joseph every day since the surgery.
