Better Than I Had Dreamed of

Still healing behind my ears but it's getting better each day. I'm still wearing the compression contraption to sleep in. I tried sleeping without it but I didn't get a good nights rest. I think it's my security blanket. It's getting kind of ratty and stained with antibiotic ointment so I'm either going to have to wean myself off or get a new one. I think I'll get a new one..lol.
I've noticed how puffy my eyes are now that I'm not wearing glasses. I'm kind of rethinking that decision. I just think my face is missing something....like, my, glasses...duh!

A week before Christmas I underwent a face lift by Dr. Fleming. A few bruises here and a little numbness there and a week later I was out and about visiting family for the holidays. I was back to work (yuck) literally two weeks after.
I am beyond thrilled with the results so far. I hope nothing dramatically changes but I don't think it will. I have trusted Dr. Fleming with other body parts and when I decided to take the face lift plunge I didn't hesitate to call his office.
His staff is awesome! They are all friendly, seem to be happy and that tells me it must be a good place to work and that they like their jobs.
I had a concern about a couple of stitches about 10 days out and called the office and they had me come right in. There was nothing wrong and healing was normal but I had pushed the panic button whereupon Dr. reassured me that I was going to be just fine and all looked normal. Thanks Doc!
