Office review: dreadful experience from start to finish

Had a consultation with Dr Freschi early this year and paid my £250 consultation fee. Was then quoted $25k which I agreed to.

Thats when the experience started to go south.

Trying to get in touch with their clinic, namely "Eliana Kase" has been a nightmare. I think she has to be one of the most insufferable reps I have ever come across and spoiled any positive experience I may have had.

I tried to rearrange my surgery date and was promptly ignored by her for a month until I requested a refund because I was obviously getting no answer.

If this pre op customer service is this bad, just Imagine when you have a surgical complication or any worries post surgery you may want answering.

If this is reflective in any way of post op care then I would be terrified.

I have uploaded a screenshot of my quote and correspondence with this woman just so you get an idea for how utterly indifferent, unempathetic and petty she is. And yes thats her heart emoji reaction to one of my messages to highlight how childish she is.

Note : At this point i had been ignored for a month and a half after handing over £250 of my money for a service that I thought was going towards surgery so I was a little frustrated. Its now been like pulling teeth to get this refudn back since they have no intention of honouring the surgery.

Utterly deflated and a complete waste of all my time. But probably dodged a bullet.
