Dr. Lavinia Chong & Team Provide Excellent Care

After doing my research, I scheduled my consultation with Dr. Chong. I was greeted by a staff who were kind and courteous. I was also struck by the fact that the staff all looked very natural - no one appeared to have had any facial work or fillers, which is something that stands out these days. Meeting with Dr. Chong I was equally struck by her thoughtful approach to not only listening to my concerns but also providing an assessment that would help me achieve the most natural looking results. I felt she truly understood my desire to retain my own unique features while looking overall refreshed. I never felt she was trying to "upsell" me on anything nor setting unrealistic expectations. I was a nervous patient with a longer recovery but I was never made to feel like a burden to Dr. Chong or her team. I had a facelift, necklift and browlift along with Renuvion on my neck. I was not one of those - "up and around after 2 weeks"- as I had minor nerve damage on my mouth corner and over the right eye. These slowly resolved and I was reassured by Dr. Chong about the progress along the way (though it was frustrating at times). I didn't really feel like being out an about until 6 weeks and while my mouth recovered first, my eyebrow required Botox to resolve the appearance as it slowly healed. I felt fully myself after 6 months. But, despite these challenges, I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Dr. Chong to those interested in any of these procedures. I had access to her schedule and team throughout my recovery. Overall, I do not have any regrets and get regular compliments on my appearance, which is always nice to hear. Thus far - no one has attributed it to surgery, which was also my goal. I feel I indeed look natural but refreshed.
