Hi. I think it would be best to have an consultation with someone. Therefore you can get a better understanding of what your goal is. Most consultations will take photos and sit down with you to put together a plan of care based upon your budget as well as you end goal. This being said you may need to do treatments in stages. Because some time less is better. Not only It can be very difficult to judge just by self photos.
