Dr. Charafeddine - gifted surgeon & artist! Effect of gravity has been restored

I consider myself conservative when it comes to cosmetic dermatology and facial plastic surgery but I have been thinking about some kind of face lift for about 5 years and made the decision that 2023 was the year to do it. Objectively I was aging well, due to excellent genetics and a very healthy lifestyle but time and gravity wait for no one. And I didn’t want to wait too long to have surgery because I was looking for subtle results and like the idea of minor tweaks along the way as a I age.
My search for the right doctor began with online research and I didn’t limit my search to the New York Metro area where I live. After reading about 100+ plastic surgeons online (websites, reviews, etc)I had Dr. Charafeddine at the top of my list; the consistent images of natural results combined with a flash recover were exactly what I was looking for.
In addition to Dr. C, I identified 2 other surgeons to interview because it was important to valid my decision through process of elimination. Every patient and doctor relationship must be one of open communication, trust and the patient must feel heard and seen as an individual. From the moment Dr. C. joined the Zoom meeting he was fully focused on me and my case; he listened to me and offered his opinion. Most importantly he didn’t spend time trying to “upsell” me on additional procedures that I knew I didn’t need. At the end of my call with Dr. C, I booked my surgery. My instinct that he was the right doctor was confirmed on the spot.
From the pre-op appointments to the day of surgery, through the week of recovery in Miami it all went like clockwork. The entire staff is professional, caring, organized, and truly care about the best outcomes for their patients.
Today, I’m back home and writing this review on day 11 since the surgery. Everyone who is aware of my surgery is floored by the results and healing process. I’ve been home from Miami for four days and I am ecstatic. I look like me, but the effects of gravity on my lower face & neck, and the loss of volume in my cheeks have been restored. I’m not interested in trying to look like anyone else or deluding myself into thinking that I can ever look 28 again; I just want to consistently look like me on my best day and now I do. I will continue to follow the post-op instructions, especially the nutritional program provided.
