I am still very happy with the results of my surgery with Dr. Arenas so thought I would post a photo of me from today. I still look like "me" but much more refreshed and a heck of a lot less "grumpy looking".

Dr. Arenas is Truly EXTRAORDINARY!
I could not possibly be any happier with my experience with a lower face and neck lift plus brow lift and fat transfer. I had researched many surgeons (in Canada, USA, Thailand, Mexico, and Brazil) and Dr. Arenas was the only surgeon who promptly gave me his opinion and explained what he recommended. He was the only surgeon to not just immediately recommend a full face lift, blepharoplasty, etc. He took the time and really was very patient with me explaining what he recommended and why and also importantly what he didn't feel I needed and why. I would highly recommend Dr. Arenas as a plastic surgeon.

I know that he tailors the procedures to the individual so cost will really depend on a consultation with him. For everything I had done the cost was $8,500 usd.

Your results are beautiful! So you had an upper & lower bleph? What type of facelift (SMAS?) and did you have GA or IV sedation? Where did you stay post-surgery? Thanks for sharing!

Thank you! I did not have upper or lower bleph. I had a deep plane facelift and I had GA (at least I think I had GA, but it might have been IV sedation. In any case, I remember nothing of the actual surgery. I stayed at the Ejecutivo Express in Guadalara for two weeks. I arranged with Dr. Arenas to have a nurse visit me there for the first few days to help with showering and care of the stitches. She was the same nurse that slept in the room with me the first night in the hospital. I used Uber for going between the hotel and the hospital and that worked flawlessly. I am now 5 months post op and still very very happy with my experience and results with Dr. Arenas. Feel free to ask any questions.

Forgot to add - in addition to the face lift, I also had a neck lift and some fat transfer (to my lips and marionette lines; all very subtle, but appreciated).
