On August 22, 2025 Dr. Farahmand performed a second facelift on me. The first facelift didn't resolve my turkey neck. I'm happy I went through the second facelift my neck looks much better. I'm disappointed I had to get 2 surgeries, using my work vacation days to recover and spending more money. Dr. Farahmand did a great job on my second facelift.

Second facelift to target the trouble area of my neck. Surgery is scheduled late August 2025. Photos are from July 30, 2025. Will list post-surgery photos 3 or 4 months afterwards. I have faith in Dr. Farahmand will perform a successful surgery to resolve the issue.

How did it go? I am considering this doctor for this exact concern so I am very hopeful that she was able to get it done right this time!

Hi sorry for the late response I just saw your message. I am posting my photos from my surgery August 2025 which was my second one. I was charged over $6000 which was a 40% discount. I would not go back to this doctor the second surgery was good and I'm happy but I shouldn't had to have gone through this twice

Let us know the outcome of the revision. Did you have to pay again? Did she do chin incision this time?
I have the similar problem …looks almost exactly the same as you one year and two months later. I have the under chin incision (very lumpy and visible) with three little bands coming out of it and still some loose skin. And jowls came back,
I know we can’t all look perfect especially my age of 62 but I also only ever wanted a neck lift. Not a face lift. I didn’t feel I needed it. I liked my face before which now looks very different. It didn’t address my jowls only minor ly so like you it does look better I agree but only a bit. It’s been expensive, horrible downtime and pain and now I need a revision.

I tried twice to write my review from my August 2025 second facelift with Dr. Farahmand and post the photos. The website is not allowing me to do the update. I'm happy I went for the second facelift I'm disappointed I had to do it twice. Dr. Farahmand did a great job the second time.
