Consultation Process Was the Best One So Far.

I’m impressed. I’ve just had a consultation so far but Dr. Truesdale was patient with me while I asked all my questions. He was also thorough and explained various options to me without pressure. I think those were the most important things - he didn’t rush or pressure me. I’ve been other places and felt like I had to decide before I was ready and also felt like the doctor didn’t listen to my concerns or explain things in details. I got all the details. I appreciate the doctor and Maria who has answered my questions and Gina above and beyond to provide, pictures, and videos they are helpful in making my decisions. I will follow up with another review if I go through with the surgery with Dr. Truesdale but so far, so good.
