I had upper blepharoplasty and a mini facelift done. The doctor was super attentive and really listened to what I was aiming for through surgery. Honestly, I was a bit worried at first since I’d heard that big clinics like ID sometimes don’t fully understand what patients want and might even push unnecessary surgeries just for money. But the reality was the complete opposite. My doctor narrowed it down to exactly what I actually needed not to mention that the result is great. Also, the translation service was spot on. Not once did I feel uncomfortable because of any language barrier. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience.
