I traveled from the United States to Istanbul for facial surgery with Dr. Ali Sadioglu, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Dr. Ali took the time to answer every question, never rushed me, and made me feel confident in my decision. His professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process.
The Meditera team, especially Mr. Faith Akgul and all the staff and nurses, provided exceptional value and service. Highly professional and a pleasure to work with.
Communication before my arrival, airport transfers, excellent hotel accommodations, daily follow-up, nursing care, and my final check-up were all organized professionally and handled with genuine kindness. I never felt like I was just another patient.
I was also impressed by Istanbul. The hospitality, culture, food, and overall experience made the trip enjoyable in addition to receiving excellent medical care.
What stood out most was the value. The quality of medical care, the organization, the level of personal attention, and the complete package far exceeded what I expected. I truly received world-class treatment.
