4 years later I still have a bulge on the right side

this swollen 8 months after facelift . Till this day4 years later I still have a bulge on the right side . Tight cheeks neck as if being strangulated , swollen like I was stung by a bumble bee for almost one years . He told me to leave these “dissolvable” sutures until they dissolve my daughter ran to another ps to help remove them. Treatment was horrible don’t know what I was thinking . Left with nerve damage that affected my whole body blood pressure etc many hospitable visits. Ears are horrible pixised scars are almost one inch wide in the back of ear hairline line .
