Over the hump
WORTH IT
This process is such an emotional and physical roller coaster. The healing process was so fast in the beginning and then the improvements seem to slow down and stall. It’s easy to become impatient. The progress in days 2-10 are exciting and then the bruising lingers or swelling appears and it becomes frustrating.
Today is day 18 and the swelling in my neck seems to be better. I had to look back at before pics to remember how far I’ve come.
This is what I decided to do for my 50th birthday and it’s the best gift ever.

3 days and feeling great.
Completely pain free with minimal swelling and bruising. I’ve been following all post-op instructions and I feel great.

Wanted to get a facelift for years. Hated my sagging jowls and neck. When I turned 50 this year, I finally scheduled and I’m so glad I did. Dr Kontis and her entire staff are phenomenal. I’m amazed at the results in just 24 hours!

Thanks for starting a review, I look forward to following your progress —keep us posted!
I salute your courage. looks like a good start. my advice is to enjoy it but not to get nit picky for every flaw to come. this is often what happens to us and it dooms us to an unsuccessful result. ENJOY
