I went to Dr. Aiello for a facelift and was totally disappointed. He did not do what he said he would. I was not going to post this but from much advice from friends I decided that if I could help another person I should. At this point I am just happy that my face wasn’t deformed from the procedure. I am not saying that he is not good at other procedures but face lifts are not one. My advice to anyone is if you look on a site that has facelift photos that are over 20 years old realize that the procedure Is not probably their specialty.

Thank you for sharing. I too had a bad experience for a 2nd face lift and shared my experience also to help others who were considering going to this dr. I could not go to the first dr due to the pandemic.
Wow, the part about a dr.s before and after photos looking old is good advice.
