Because of that, I had exceptionally high standards when choosing a surgeon for my deep plane face and neck lift, upper blepharoplasty, and temporal brow lift. I can say without hesitation that Dr. Cem Berkay Sinaci exceeded every expectation I had.
From the moment I met Dr. Cem, any fears I had completely disappeared. His calm confidence, depth of knowledge, and refined surgical skill were immediately evident. As a fellow healthcare provider, I deeply respect his years of training, experience, and the artistry he brings to his work. I knew right away that I had made the right choice.
Before I even arrived in Turkey, I felt fully prepared thanks to his incredible patient coordinator, Özlem. She was always available—day or night—to answer questions, organize every detail, and ensure a seamless experience. Her kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free from the very beginning.
Every step of the journey was flawlessly coordinated—from airport pickup to hotel accommodations to the hospital stay. There was always someone guiding us, anticipating our needs, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. This level of organization is a direct reflection of Özlem’s dedication and professionalism. She truly has a heart of gold.
My nurse, Elif, was equally exceptional. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and brought such a calming, reassuring presence. She even came to our hotel daily to check on me, which speaks volumes about the level of care provided. I absolutely adore her.
As a healthcare provider, I have very high standards when it comes to medical facilities—and the hospital exceeded them all. It was top-tier in every way: efficient, spotless, and staffed with compassionate, professional nurses. I stayed for two nights and was treated with the utmost care. My husband was able to stay with me comfortably, and we were both genuinely impressed with the quality of service.
The hotel experience was equally outstanding. It felt like a luxury wellness retreat with integrated medical care. From the café to the stunning rooftop terrace, spa, library, and media room—every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and recovery. One of the most unique and comforting aspects is that many guests are also undergoing procedures, so there’s no self-consciousness about being in recovery. The presence of a 24-hour infirmary and nurse-call systems in each room added an extra layer of reassurance.
I also have to mention our hotel housekeeper, who was absolutely lovely. Even she made me feel special in the most heartfelt way. She spoke no English, but every day she would call me “princesa” and made sure my husband understood that he was in the presence of a princess as well! It became such a sweet and memorable part of the experience. If I had to summarize this entire journey in one word, it would be “princesa.” I truly received royal treatment and felt incredibly cared for.
Now, just 7 days post-op, I am already seeing beautiful results. I have minimal bruising, no pain, and I’m genuinely amazed at how smooth the recovery has been so far.
