I had a consultation with Dr. Yoo for several face & neck procedures. The office is pristine. The Front Desk staff was warm, welcoming and polite. My coordinator Gabby was beyond polite and accommodating. She took her time to clearly explain every nuance of the procedure, including pre- & post-care. Dr. Yoo has outstanding credentials and a stellar reputation in the community (and beyond!). He is very warm, patient, and clear in his explanations. He took time to clearly explain everything in layman's terms and helped me to understand the process and procedures. I have booked my procedures with Dr. Yoo and his team and I am extremely confident in my choice and grateful for the opportunity to be cared for by a surgeon with his experience, approach and demeanor.
