Lip Lift Consultation - Professional, Ethical and Kind

I had a consultation for a lip lift and also discussed my face in general, including possible face lift and changes to the nose. I was advised that a lip lift nor any other facial surgery would be appropriate for me.
I have seen various plastic surgeons over the last few years and have had surgery in the past. I found Marc to be extremely professional and engaging. He took my concerns seriously and thought about the issues I raised and talked through his honest thoughts. He is also patient.
I am so grateful for the sound advice and time and care taken by Marc in my consultation to talk through my concerns, knowing that he would not be offering me surgery.
Marc was concerned with my self image and advised me to see someone to talk through the issues I have with my face. I was open to this feedback. Most importantly, I trusted Marc’s judgment.
It’s been five days since I saw Marc and ever since I have felt a lot clearer about all the thoughts and ideas I had for facial surgery. I think this is because I felt comfortable enough to discuss all my concerns and to be truthful as to the reasons why. I didn’t feel odd or as if I was being studied, although of course he took the time to properly assess my face. He made me feel extremely comfortable and for the first time in relation to facial surgery consultations, I left happy and most importantly, his advice made sense and sat well with me.
Lastly, I had researched lip lifts for two years before I came to see Marc and from my extensive research, he is the best option for a lip lift in the UK and his results are natural and beautiful. He is also sensible in his approach which is required for such a risky procedure. As he did not feel I would be happy with the result and I knew how amazing a surgeon he was, I was happy to accept his advice.
Thank you, Marc, for taking the time to speak to me. You are an extremely honest, down to earth, kind and warm surgeon; a credit to the profession.
Front of house was also very warm and welcoming, Purity Bridge was such a nice environment to come into, especially after a long drive. Well worth the journey.
I know anyone who will have surgery with Marc will be happy with the final results, knowing he operates when he feels it is appropriate.
