I mostly want to share pictures of my progress (swelling, bruising) so others have an idea of what to expect. In the end, I might have gone a different route, because it was so expensive, and didn't solve my problem areas. Dr. Bitner is amazing, tho, and we are still working on achieving my desired results. I labeled my photos with the day (number in blue). Hope someone finds these pics helpful.

If i were to do it all again, I'd definitely do the brow lift and lips, but maybe start off with the fat transfer instead of the lift. (I had a lower facelift, brow lift, and lip augmentation 8 mo.s ago. done by Dr. Bitner. I was unsatisfied with my marionette lines, so he suggested we do fat transfer, which we did just 2 days ago.) The fat transfer has been a piece of cake compared to the lift (but it's only been 48 hours, so the fat transfer review will have to wait). I love it that Dr. Bitner wants his patients to be happy with their results, and will put in the extra time and attention. I must say again, Dr. Bitner is amazingly gentle. I got the fat transfer 2 days ago, and I don't have any bruising at all and minor swelling. He's kind of amazing.

Many thanks for sharing, so sorry that it's taken time and additional procedures.
I have a question about your recovery times? I know every day/ week it gets better, but in terms of having energy and stamina, when did you start to feel like you could exercise (mild), take care of yourself (errands, etc), not tire easily, etc? 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks?
I have a lower with rhino scheduled in Brazil in about six weeks and am curious about how long it will take to "feel" like myself, knowing that looking takes several months.

I'd say just 3-5 days till I could just putter around the house, 2 weeks before I felt like I could even leave the house, because looking so bizarre affected how I felt. Getting the staples out was a big factor. My doc said no exercise for 3 weeks but I waited more like a month.

I’m curious why you gave this doctor 5 stars considering your lower face looks as if the procedure did nothing for you. I have talked to two other patients that also had bad results (face fell within one year) with this doctor, myself included.
