Upper blepharoplasty w skin pinch

Upper blepharoplasty w skin pinch

Jmerzl
WORTH IT$4,300
I have had saggy skin above my eyes and was getting some saggy lower skin as well. I thought about it for years but finally decided o go for it. I saw Dr. Lund for a consult, scheduled, followed the preop instructions, and am now on pot op day 4.
I had mine with local anesthesia that unfortunately by liver eats up quickly, so had to be numbed up a couple more times during the procedure. If I had unlimited funds, I would o general anesthesia next time. The day of surgery was quite painful, but manageable with pain meds. By the next morning there was minor soreness but no pain. I didn't need anything, not even Tylenol, after the day of surgery.

Great results! What is the skin pinch? Did that help with under eye area? That looks better in your pics too!

Yes, it is just a small removal of skin under the eye, not a full lower blepharoplasty. Def worth adding that on for me!

Ok great that is what I believe I would need also. The price for upper and the lower pinch was $4,300?

Stitches removed today

2/9- I am getting my stitches out today, but thought I would update for the first week. I had little to no pain after the first day, swelling has decreased, although I do still have one under my eyes and on my cheeks. I’m updating w pics from the first week.

2/16 - continuing to heal with less bruising. My upper lid scars are a bit raised and bumpy. I’m hoping it flattens out over time.

I am updating w pics from the first two weeks.

I hope this isn't a strange question, but mentally and emotionally, how was the healing, especially in the first day and days after surgery? I would like to have a facelift with upper and power bleph, but Im afraid the healing process would be traumatic. Were you scared/nervous/depressed when your eyes were very swollen. Did you feel like it was hard to see? Was it scary to see your face in the couple of days post-op? I really appreciate any insight you may have. Thank you!
