Terrible Experience, Completely Regret Picking This Dr.

I had upper/lower eyelid surgery and fat transfer over 2 years ago to correct my sunken eyes. I was in severe pain during the procedure and the dr. kang actually made fun of me saying i was whimpering and I shouldn’t be in pain. Not only did I endure his unprofessional demeaning behavior but I didn’t even get the results I asked for. 2 months after the procedure I had the same issue of deep sunkenness. I expressed my unhappiness with the outcome and the dr instead of trying to rectify the situation told me how happy he was with how it looked. I actually thought it was customary for the client to be happy since I paid $8000 for essentially nothing in return. I noticed a distinct change in attitude before and after they had my money. They change appointment times last minute and the dr. is arrogant and keeps you waiting for over an hour. I don’t know how this dr or any dr can sleep at night or have a clear conscience knowing were paid a significant amount of hard earned money for a service that was not provided and worse not even trying to fix the situation.
