My eyes are different shape and size

Almost 3 years after my blepharoplasty my eyes are different shape and size, right eye is bigger the left eye opens less. When I look down is like I have the left eye closed.

I still have difficulties closing the left eye. The upper lid is in a bad position and is sticking on my eyeball

My eyelids are red and wrinkled, loose skin under the eyes, more scars than before, the filler under the eyes is all bumps and lumps, I have big indents at the corners of both eyes
