Botched result - he gave me a "one size fits all" eye surgery

My face got BOTCHED at DA last month and I'm so depressed and disappointed. Before going to Korea I had read a lot of posts on Purseforum and many other websites. I went to DA for the initial consultation and they offered me 40% off their pricing in exchange I write some online reviews for them afterwards. I said sure! I was planning on writing a review anyway. So, I chose DA and I'm regretting my decision every day and every time I look in the mirror. Yes, I cry myself to sleep every night. This is my honest opinion about DA. It's a "factory" type hospital and you are "assigned" a doctor. I tried to request for a different doctor, someone I had read about on Purseforum, but was told that doctor "wasn't available" and they referred me to an available doctor that was supposed to be "just as good, if not better" than the one I requested and that this doctor "went to school in the US and can speak fluent English". 

During the consultation, everyone was so nice and the doctor seemed very detail oriented. He pointed out things about my face that I didn't even notice before and gave me some very good recommendations. So I felt confident and agreed to the surgery. BIG mistake! After they got my payment, things started to go downhill. At DA you are herd around like cattles and the doctor barely spend a few minutes with you before surgery. Everything we talked about during consultation, about the concerns on my face, I felt the doctor had forgotten. How could he remember? He performs many surgeries each day and I'm just another paying customer. He did some quick drawings on my face and off I went into the surgery room. 

When I came out, I knew I was botched. The stitching was not good and scars everywhere around my eyes. He gave me a "one size fits all" eye surgery and it did not match with my eye shape at all. My right eye now feels so tight every time I open my eyes. My eyelid line doesn't even look right and are not even. I also got some liposuction on my face and I felt he over did it and took out too much fat and now my face look haggard and old. The doctor probably rushed through my surgery because he had another one back to back right after me. 

A few days later when I was in the waiting room for my follow up exams, I can hear some girl crying and speaking loudly in English, "this is not what I want! I am not happy, I don't like this". I was very scared to hear that. During my follow up exams I brought up my concerns to the doctor and was brushed off. He kept telling me, "give it time, what do you expect, you just got surgery, etc..." I told him I will be writing a review about this because that was the deal I made with DA. He then started screaming at me saying, "are you threatening me??!!" He was very condescending and arrogant, I honestly thought he was going to slap me. I was so scared and cried right there. I told him, I'm not threatening you, I'm just letting you know that I will be writing a review so don't be surprised. I did tell him I will give it time to heal before writing. 

After I got back to the US, I expressed my concerns on WhatsApp with the Rep that was helping me, I asked for a refund. She flat out told me "no refunds". My advice to you all is, don't go to DA, they are a big hospital that doesn't specialize in any one thing. If you want to fix eyes, go to a place that does just eyes. If you want nose, go to a place that specializes in nose. Don't go to a "one stop shop", they are the "Jack of all trades, master of NONE" and don't just take any doctor they assign you. I hope this will help someone to not make the same mistake as me. I wish someone had told me this before I went to Korea.
