Not worth the money - already seeing the sagging again

I have always had puffy eyelids that sagged as I got older. For the past 5 years I've been contemplating getting a blepharoplasty and finally did so since I had saved some money while quarantined. I'd had a consultation with the doctor years earlier but was able to have the surgery until recently. A couple of things concerned me at my consultation. 1) the doctor did not even consider sending my case to my insurance company as they may have paid fir my surgery since my drooping was severe. He told his assistant that I would pay out of pocket. He also suggested that I get some injectable and proceed to add more than 20 units of Botox to my quote. He just kept increasing his suggested number of units to over 20. The sugery--to me the doctor was too casual and informal during surgery. He never marked my surgery area while standing, he pinched my face accidentally with one of his tools and I got a huge purple bruise. He wore boating shoes for my surgery.. The incisions were well outside my crease. I've seen him once for post on and have not heard from him again. The results are okay but certainly not worth $4000! I am 1 month post op and am already seeing the sagging again! Augggggh!! I don't feel respected and concerned for by the doctor. They are among making machine. The quality of service and concern for patient was just not there. Sloppy incisions. No follow up except for 2 weeks after surgery. Perhaps I should have went with another doctor.
