Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS

DO NOT GO HERE- They are completely unethical and will brush you off for something as simple as aa operative report!

Been 2 years since my procedures and I requested for my medical/op report on my eyes for both my surgeries (April and December 2018) and was repeatedly denied of my April 2018 report! Their pathetic excuse is that they changed surgery center locations, so they don't have a copy on hand. They were only able to send me the December 2018 report (which by the way, was falsified because some points in the report did not add up).

I am still here without a report from my April 2018 surgery- which makes it that much more frustrating- because I need the report for other surgeons to assess my current botched eyes.

And for those that had surgery at their old site on Avocado Ave, they will NOT have your file on record because they conveniently "lost it"!

I am sorry you are unhappy with your experience. We value each patient in our practice. Part of being an expert means taking on complex revisions where anatomy was disrupted by previous surgeons. Despite the difficulty of these cases, our patient reviews have been overwhelmingly positive. One important factor for success is patient engagement including follow up. I believe this is part of what is missing here. Going forward, we are happy to work with you on options to improve your outcome.

A little over 1.5 year update

It's been over 1.5 year since my last revision so the results of my eyes are pretty much set. I still stand by what I said in my first post where my eyes have very unnatural deep looking creases, as well as being uneven and ugly stitching/scarring through-out the crease line as well as horrible scarring in the inner corners. I also want to mention that I have consistent dry eyes now because my eyes cannot fully close. I have to sleep with an eye mask at all times otherwise my eyes tear up through-out the night. One important thing to mention was my eyes only received about 5 minutes free-handed drawing right before operation so perhaps that contributed to my poor results.
Since I have been consulting with other doctors to hopefully fix my issues, some have mentioned that they spend at least 30 minutes measuring the eyes, and with a tool.
I really regret wasting so much money to get such results. It's been such a mental and emotional turmoil since my last revision, and I really hope that fixing my eyes would be possible at this point.
Attached are photos of my eyes. I also attached my pre-op eyes for reference.

Please be warned

Since I have posted my review, many users have PM'd me directly with unsatisfactory results as well and sharing their experience with me. I cannot verify their reviews, but they sounded like they genuinely wanted to gain insight and help with deciding on what they should do next.
