Recommend Dr. Cheng 100% - I feel more confidence now to go out without my makeup

I had 2 procedures done at Cheng Plastic Surgery (asian eyelid surgery and bottom blepharoplasty to remove under eyes fat and skin) I am very impressed with the result and the care I received from Dr. Cheng and his team. First of all, the facility is so clean and cute. It makes me feel like I was going to a spa instead of going in to a surgery facility. The office was nicely decorated. All the staff were nice and attentive to me at all times.

Once you are booked for surgery, you will meet with Dr. Cheng and the nurse 2 weeks before that. They did a great job with going over all the steps in details, discussed the aftercare, and gave me a medication calendar. They also have me a bag to put all my medications in and I brought that with me to the day of surgery. Everything was so thoroughly and well put together.

Dr. Elbert Cheng was the one who did the surgery for me. Not only he is so skillful but he is a kind, nice, and humble person. He was so attentive to me every time I see him. I saw him two times before I did my surgery and never felt that he was rushed to see me and always spent a lot of time answering my questions. The night before surgery, he texted me with his personal cell reminding me to take my medication and eat my breakfast, wash my hair and face, and mouth before coming into surgery.

After I was done, he constantly checked in to see how I was doing. When I saw him the day after surgery, he informed me that I will be more swollen the next few days and normalized everything to help me with my recovery. I did both surgery while staying awake using just local ( taking medications and numbing shots) and did not experience any pain. He prescribed me pain medication but I did not take anything, not even Tylenol. I feel that I have no pain due to his skillful technique of performing the surgery.

Whenever I have questions or concerns, he would reply my text in between his surgeries and even late at night on the same day. He is always so attentive and responsive. Edina, my patient care coordinator was so nice as well . She always reply to my email on the same day and answer all my questions. I can tell that Dr. Cheng is very passionate about his work ( surgeries) and he loves what he does. His actions and care for patients clearly shows.

I would recommend Cheng Plastic Surgery to anyone who wants to get your eyes done. You will be in great care by him and his team. I am sharing a picture of me two weeks post surgery. I wore make up again for the first time. When I went out no one noticed that I had surgery. They just noticed that something looks nicer but can’t tell what is it.

I feel more confidence now to go out without my makeup (heavy concealer to cover my under eyes bags and eyelashes extension to make my eyes larger) I would recommend Dr. Cheng 100% for anyone who has been thinking of doing these procedures.
