The procedure has been a great success - elated with the outcome

Mr Marando, from the first meeting, has been very professional and exceptionally patient and sensitive to my needs!

I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about having surgery on my eyes,; he not only reassured me with his detailed yet simple explanations of the procedure but gave me time to discuss with my daughter who attended the consultation with me! At no time did I feel pressurised to “ sign on the dotted line”.

On the day, of the procedure he was very reassuring, caring and kept me informed at all time. The hospital staff were superb too!

After care has been outstanding; I felt really supported and had all the information and medication I needed to make a quick and full recovery!

6 weeks on, my eyes are healed, and the procedure has been a great success! I feel elated with the outcome… my only regret is that I didn’t do this earlier!

I would highly recommend Mr Marando; not only is a brilliant surgeon.. he is a genuinely great human being.
