So pleased with my upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Patel and the entire experience from initial consultation to outcome and post-operative follow up. For context, my procedure was for cosmetic reasons (hooded eyelids); It was important to me to find a surgeon that was not only experienced and meticulous (perhaps that goes without saying), but valued preservation of a patient's unique features and ethnic considerations. I foremost appreciated the thoughtful in-person consult that didn't feel hurried or with an agenda. I felt heard in my concerns but was not "pushed" to any timeline in undergoing surgery, and was left with considerable information.

The process from consult, quote, and eventual scheduling was seamless. Dena (his assistant) was available, pleasant, and exceptionally easy to work with start to finish. Staff at St. Mark's were professional and personable on day of procedure (I'm rarely on the patient side of things as a healthcare provider, and felt truly at ease in such capable hands).

I thoroughly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff. If and when the time is ever appropriate for additional cosmetic procedures in the future, I will undoubtedly look to his talents first.
