No More Bags!
Dr. Scheiner and his staff are FABULOUS! For years, I had horrible bags under my eyes and always looked exhausted. Dr. Scheiner performed a Blepharoplasty on both my lower lids. I'm thrilled with the result of the procedure! Now, I feel like people are looking at my face and not those ugly bags!
