2 years post-op & no difference after eyelid surgery

Dr. Maleki has many positive reviews, unfortunately my experience was very bad. At the consultation he pointed out all the things that were wrong from my previous surgery and made recommendations for surgery to address the issues. Post op ( now 2 years) and my eyes look exactly the same as before surgery. When I brought this up he just said yes, sometimes you can't see a difference after. Then he did a quick measurement and said it wouldn't be worth it to operate again. So basically, he sold me a procedure by pointing out all the issues with my eyelids, and then after surgery avoided accountability by saying the issues are minor. Basically gaslighted me, once he has the money he doesn't care. I really regret all the money I wasted on a surgery that was pointless. I am shocked at the lack of accountability and zero interest in improving the result or at least offering some type of refund. Maybe this is the norm in this industry.
