Dr. Miller is a top notch plastic surgeon. I am 70, and I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty and a
laser resurfacing. The results are quite impressive and natural looking. My consultation with him was never rushed. He is a good listener, which is important when you are trying to make a decision of this magnitude. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
