Dr. Roy and Team Are Marvelous!
After consulting with 3 previous plastic surgeons over the course of 4 years, I finally found Dr. Roy. The consultation I had with him was hands down the most thorough and informative. Dr. Roy was easy to talk to and listened well. Because of his knowledge, education, experience and personality, I made the decision to have my under eye bags removed (my bags had bothered me for decades). The entire process, working with Christine on dates, Alex on pre-opp, the nurse and anesthesiologist at the time of surgery, and Dr. Roy...was flawless. They all made me feel confident, comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Roy was the most responsive doctor I've ever encountered. I am 6 weeks post surgery and loving my bagless face.
