Kind Staff but Totally Worthless Procedure

I have hooded eyes and wanted an Upper bleph to open them up more, have more space for eye shadow, liner, etc. Dr Saxon was more expensive than other options but I thought I could trust her (tbh I thought higher price might mean better quality… nope). I do have to say that her and her whole team are nice as can be, very kind and friendly, but my results were ridiculous and Dr. Saxon knew it would be the case. When I went in for my one month follow up, she even said “well I mentioned that for full results you’d need a forehead lift (I think, I forget the term).” …. Ma’am, there are zero results, why didn’t you mention that…? Also, I’m in my 30s, I’m not going to get a forehead lift right now. I wish she would’ve used her medical expertise to tell me “I’m not going to do this because it will be a waste of your money” but she just accepted the over $5k and cut what must’ve been the most minimal amount of skin off. You can’t tell a difference at all and certainly not a big enough difference that I would’ve spent that much. I was also really clear during the consult that I’d like to be given an idea of what the “after” would look like, and she said she would show me before the procedure but she didn’t (and I forgot to ask, but that should be on the provider to remember, not a patient right before a procedure). If she had told me this is what I’d look like I would’ve declined, even if I lost all the money I’d paid. I would’ve rather that then deal with the bruises and scarring and recovery process. I’m very very disappointed.
