My two eyes look much worse than before the surgery

Dr. Karam did my upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery for a total of $27,000 +plus $4,500 operation room fee.
He did not even measure my. He operated based on his feelings. He told me he does not measure anything and he just feels it. Now my two eyes look much worse than before the surgery. I consulted two doctors who are specialize on oculofacial surgery, they all concluded that Dr. Karam failed the surgery and my eyes need revision. Dr. Karam refused to give me the refund, instead asked me to wait for 1 year to see the healing result even through he told me that my eyes will look different even after the healing.The one of the purpose for blepharoplasty surgery is to make the eyes look better and make two eyes looks similar than before. But instead, that is Dr. Karam’s excuse for the bad results because my eyes were different before the surgery.The outcome from Dr. Karam’s surgery heavily impacted my life, my emotion. He insist that he did the work, therefor he will not give me the refund regardless the surgery result.Dr. Karam charges 3 times more than other doctors but does not do a good job. I heard from other patients that Dr. Karam takes 3-5 minutes to do upper eyelid surgery and 3-5 minutes for lower eyelid surgery. So scary for such careless operation on your face. I would not recommend anyone have your face done by Dr. Karam.
