Dr Suh was very patient and thorough throughout the consultation. He took the time to ensure he understood what I wanted while still managing my expectations to ensure that he did not overpromise. Although he spoke only Korean, Marble's translation team is excellent and explained everything to me in perfect English. There were no gaps in communication and i could contact them easily through whatsapp as well. The consultation and surgery were done on the same day, but it was not rushed. Great experience overall!
