I had eyelid surgery scheduled on 4-8-2020, but due to COVID, my procedure was cancelled. The lady in scheduling assured me they would call me back to reschedule as soon as they were allowed to. After an entire year of never hearing from anyone at Dr Nerad's office, I called on 4-23-21 to inquire about the status of rescheduling my procedure. The lady I spoke with in the scheduling dept assured me she would call me back on 4-27-21 to reschedule. I never heard from anyone.

I then mailed a certified letter on 5-27-21. Once again, I never heard from anyone at Dr Nerad's office. I mailed yet another letter on 9-18-21. Still no response from anyone at his office. This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever dealt with. I made 2 trips from north of Dayton to Cincinnati for pre-op visits and Botox that he recommended prior to the surgery. I am out HOURS of my time, many miles of driving for pre-op, the cost of Botox, and I have NOTHING to show for it.

I've requested a reschedule or refund of my money. Now I am moving out of state and cannot have the procedure done. A refund would be the ethical thing to do from a reputable medical practice. Apparently that is not the type of practice I have dealt with. BEWARE! This office is a RIP OFF!
