11/30...18 days post op. Upper Bleph

WORTH IT
Stitches came out a week ago and I applied antibiotic ointment to further the healing process. (One week). Today I applied silicone gel indicated for reduction of scarring. Will continue this for a week or so. This photo is without make up and will start wearing eye make up in a few days!

Looks great so far! Do you use silicone strips or cream? Has it made a difference thus far?
I bought a silicone gel from the plastic surgeon's office, for under $50.
But before doing that, I used an Bacitraycin 2x a day right after my stitches were removed. About 7-10 days.

Day 10 after Upper Blepharoplasty

The swelling and bruising have subsided. Stitches are being removed tomorrow and looking forward to not having to lubricate my eylids.. This is a shot without makeup ..looking forward to putting on eye shadow and mascara! Very pleased with the healing process.

Day 7

11/19/21. Virtually no swelling and bruising has disappeared. My stitches are well lubricated and will be removed 11/23. Taking my last antibiotic today. My vision (peripheral) is vastly improved. Very pleased!
